"Blessings" heart is the fourth and final heart ornament in this series started
last year. Both the ornament and the emery/scissor fob were stitched on 28 Count
"18th Century Brown" hand-dyed linen, courtesy of R & R Reproductions, using a variety of fibers. The ornament was stitched over two threads, and the emery/
scissor fob was stitched over one using the Continental stitch. The ornament
was embellished with a "Cherub" brass charm. This is a versatile design because
it does not have to be for Christmas. We all need to be blessed anytime of the year.
